Kris Ward

Meet Kris Kris Ward, B.A., 500 RYT, is the catalyst and cultivator of Trikaya®, the alternative leadership community. She has been teaching self-empowerment and leadership through group and private yoga and wellness classes since 1996. She has taught a

wide variety of people ranging from young children to the blind elderly, from professional dancers and athletes to sufferers of stroke, cancer, and Parkinson's disease. Yoga was Kris's invitation into the realm of self-awareness and conscious creation. It woke her up to the possibility (and responsibility) of being the architect of her own life; to live by choice rather than by chance, by design rather than by default. It also instilled within her the importance of drawing upon community for support in habitualizing life-enhancing practices and disciplines--to erase and replace ALL destructive and distractive tendencies that would otherwise ROB a person of any chance to fulfill their dreams and affect powerful change in the world. By her life studies and creative outlets, Kris is a dancer, artist, entrepreneur, philanthropist, health educator and writer. And of equal importance to her, she is a beach bum, bookworm, world traveler, Thai food addict, animal lover, interior design junkie, and student of green living; all of which qualities fuel her to be balanced, fully self-expressed, playful, and down-to-earth in her teaching methods... sometimes candid and forthright, but always authentic. She is absolutely and passionately driven to lead each and every person who would choose it for themselves to peace and prosperity through the platform of Trikaya® and its comprehensive toolbox of awareness events and web-based programs. Kris will equip you with the exact tools you need to transform your yoga into a cultivation grounds for your most deeply satisfying, rewarding, and abundant life.
