Ashtanga Yoga Levels 1-3

The practice as taught by Sri K Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India is a choreographed challenging sequence of postures set in several series'. Primary components of this practice are Vinyasa, breath per movement, Vinyasa's off the ground, and 5 breaths per posture, creating a dymanic cardiovascular purge of toxicity from the inner body to leave the meditative body revealed.

Level 1-2 - Prep class for the primary series.
Level 2-3 - Full lead primary series.

Mysore - All levels independent practice. The great way to develop a yoga practice is to practice on your own and still have the help of a teacher any time you need it.
