Our studio provides the following styles of Hatha Yoga classes: Rope Wall, Meridian Flow, Seniors Flow, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Beach Flow, Anusara Yoga, Kundulini Yoga, Surfers Flow, Pre-natal, Mommy & Baby, AcroYoga, Meditation, and Pranayama. In addition, we also offer Teacher Training Programs, retreats, workshops as a means to develop, grow, and transform personal practices.
